Karen Gregory

Karen leads the NJCA office and works closely with the Council on best practice governance.  She also works closely with the Programs Advisory Committee’s oversight of existing and future programs. Karen is responsible for all the NJCA’s operations;she leads the in-person and on-demand judicial education teams, steers the strategic direction of the NJCA and manages operations and resources. Karen has worked in law and education for over 25 years. She is a member of the Judicial Council on Diversity and Inclusion (JCDI) and the Advisory Board of the Commonwealth Judicial Education Institute (CJEI).
