It is with great pleasure that the NJCA acknowledges the significant contribution to judicial education by Fleur Kingham through this NJCA Life Membership accolade.

Ms Kingham has been involved with the NJCA for decades and her impact has been felt across programs.

She has presented at both the National Magistrates and National Judicial Orientation Programs, delivering sessions on oral decisions and judgment writing to newly appointed judges and magistrates from across the country. In tandem with President Debbie Mullins, it would be difficult to quantify how many judicial officers they have reached with their wisdom and expertise on judgment writing.

Ms Kingham has been an ambassador for the NJCA, as the national educator, overseas – from teaching orientation programs in Timor Leste to teaching judgment writing in Dubai.

Ms Kingham’s outstanding knowledge and presentation skills over the last couple of years have been instrumental in the NJCA’s Faculty Development program – Effective Judicial Programs and Presentations – the NJCA’s train the train if you like – where she has taught countless judges and magistrates in the art and craft of judicial presenting.

The NJCA, graciously, acknowledges the significant contribution Fleur Kingham has made to the judicial education landscape in Australia.
