Judgment Writing Program

The National Judicial College of Australia organised the Judgment Writing Program in Port Moresby in November 2008 at the request of Chief Magistrate John Numapo. The request was made pursuant to the Memorandum of Understanding Between the Magisterial Services Of Papua New Guinea (PNGMS)
And National Judicial College Of Australia (NJCA) Concerning Professional Development & Judicial Training Program For Papua New Guinea Magistrates’ And District Court Support Staff (May 2008).The program was funded by the PNGMS with financial assistance from the PNG Law and Justice Sector Program.
